COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of companies and assets of TechnipFMC Plc by OEP Capital Advisors (herein after ‘OEP’).

OEP is a middle market private equity firm focused on transformative combinations in the sectors of industry, healthcare and technology in North America and Europe. OEP currently manages a portfolio of approximately 45 companies.

Target in the proposed transaction is the acquisition of the control over the terminal management solutions and metering products and systems business of TechnipFMC Plc from a number of special purpose vehicle companies controlled by the funds managed by OEP.
