The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition announces that it has received a notification of a concentration from Blackstone Group LP concerning the purchase by investment funds advised by affiliated companies of the group, of assets which belongs to Murka Ltd and Murka Entertainment Ltd, via Tribe Cyprus Bidco Ltd.

Blackstone Group LP is a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is a global alternative asset management company.

Tribe Cyprus Bidco Ltd is a special purpose vehicle which was established for the purposes of this concentration.

The target in this concentration is the business of Murka Ltd and Murka Entertainment Ltd and Ltd regarding online social casino games that can be reproduced via Internet browser on a computer or on mobile phones. The target operates on a two-sided market and has contracts with social media platforms such as Facebook and Amazon to offer the games. Its revenue derives from in-app purchases made by players in the game and by viewing ads and in-game videos
