The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 (4) of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition Canada Pension Plan Investment Board of part of the share capital of Sportradar AG.
The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board is a professional investment management organization that invests in shares of public and private companies, in real estate, in infrastructure and in securities that generate stable income.
Sportradar AG is a company duly registered under the laws of Switzerland which operates mainly in the collection, analysis, processing, delivery and monitoring of sports data. The remaining share capital of Sportradar AG that will not be acquired by the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board will continue to be owned by a natural person.
