The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a concentration concerning the creation of a joint venture by C.A. Papaellinas Ltd and HOB House of Beauty Ltd.
C.A. Papaellinas Ltd is a company duly registered under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and is mainly active in the import, distribution and sale of pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and other consumer goods.
HOB House of Beauty Ltd is a company duly registered under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and is mainly active in the import and wholesale of beauty products.
The notification concerns the creation of Maryen Trading Ltd, a newly established joint venture which will take over part of the activities carried out by C.A. Papaellinas Ltd and by HOB House of Beauty Ltd within the Republic of Cyprus. These activities are exclusively related to the products provided by the multinational company Coty Inc, specifically the import, sale, distribution and trade of Coty Inc products within the Republic of Cyprus.
