Notification of concentration between the enterprises CIC Information Technology Ltd and Demades Bros Ltd

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of the companies CIC Information Technology Ltd and Demades Bros Ltd, notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentration between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning an agreement by which the enterprise CIC Information Technology Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Cyprus Import Corporation Ltd, will acquire 100% of the share capital of the enterprise Demades Bros Ltd.

CIC Information Technology Ltd is active in the computers market.

Cyprus Import Corporation Ltd owns the dealership in Cyprus for the cars Mercedes Benz and, Smart.

Demades Bros owns the dealership in Cyprus for the cars Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia.
