The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Clearcode Services S.A. (hereinafter the “Target”) by KKCG Technologies s.r.o. (hereinafter “KKCG”).
KKCG is a limited liability company, duly registered under the laws of the Czech Republic, active in the information technology sector. The company belongs to the KKCG Group which invests in four main business areas: (i) entertainment (through SAZKA Group a.s.); (ii) oil, gas and industry; (iii) technologies and IT services; and (iv) real estate. The holding company of the Group is KKCG AG.
The Target is a company duly registered under the laws of Poland, active in the software development sector. The Target specializes in building custom analytics and enterprise-grade SaaS platforms for the advertising and marketing industries.
