The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a notification of a proposed concentration regarding the acquisition of assets which belongs to Murad group of companies by Unilever Plc, through Unilever N.V., Rogue Tulip Ltd and Rogue Acquisition US, LLC.
The target assets are related to the activity of development, sale and supply of skin care products, cosmetics and high quality care products under the name Murad. The Murad products are sold in Cyprus through a distributor.
Unilever Plc is the mother company of Unilever Group of Companies, and operates in the sector of fast moving consumer goods and particularly food, household products and personal care.
