Lemgo Ltd is a limited liability company, duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This company is a special purpose vehicle, with no prior business activities and was established to act as an acquisition vehicle for the purposes of this exchange. Lemgo Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hellenic Healthcare Holding Single Member S.A..
Hellenic Healthcare Holding Single Member S.A. is a company duly registered under the laws of Greece and a member of the HHG Group. HHG Group is active in the Greek market of private health services. Hellenic Healthcare is part of the CVC Funds Holding Companies and by extension of the CVC Network.
