The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition on the 23rd of October 2009 received on behalf of the enterprise Togebi Holdings Ltd notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentration between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning an agreement by which the above mentioned company will acquire 75% of Wiblov Holdings Ltd.
- Togebi Holdings Ltd main activities concentrate on the tourism services in Russia and Ukraine.
- Wiblov Holdings Ltd is a newly established enterprise, controlled by Gilotio Holdings Ltd. The stockholders of Gilotio Holdings Ltd, control a number of other companies, which main activities concentrate on the tourism services sector.
