Notification of concentration between the enterprises Hogan & Hartson LLP and Lovells LLP

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition received on behalf of the companies Hogan & Hartson LLP and Lovells LLP, notification of a proposed concentration according to Article 13 of the Control of Concentration between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99), concerning an agreement by which the two enterprises will merge.

Hogan & Hartson LLP is a law firm and its principal activity is the provision of legal services from twenty seven offices worldwide. Hogan & Hartson LLP does not have any offices in Cyprus but gives legal advice to clients who are in Cyprus through its offices in Europe or United States.

Lovells LLP is a law firm and its principal activity is the provision of legal services from twenty eight offices in Europe, Middle East, Asia and United States. Lovells LLP does not have any offices in Cyprus but gives legal advice to clients who are in Cyprus through its offices in Europe.
