COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition announces that it has received a notification of a concentration, concerning the acquisition of part of the share capital of ΗΟΒ House of Beauty Ltd, by NMM Investments Ltd.

ΗΟΒ House of Beauty Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The said company is active in the import and wholesale of beauty products and cosmetics.

NMM Investments Ltd, is a holding company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The said company controls MPM Imports Ltd and is a shareholder in HOB House of Beauty Ltd and through the aforementioned entities, is active in the trade and sale of cosmetic and consumer beauty products as well as travel goods, tires and lubricants.
