The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Scanjet Holding AB by Alfa Laval Corporate AB.
Alfa Laval Corporate AB operates directly or indirectly, via her subsidiaries or joint ventures, in Sweden and abroad, in the development, manufacture and sale of equipment and facilities, preferably in the fields of separation, heat exchange and flow technology, as well as the management of immovable and movable property and other tasks related with them.
