(hereinafter «PepsiCo»), with respect to the acquisition of the share capital of Pioneer Food Group Ltd (hereinafter «Pioneer Foods»).
PepsiCo is a public company, duly registered under the laws of N. Carolina, United States of America. The company is one of the world's leading food and beverage companies, its brands including Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Quaker and Tropicana.
Pioneer Foods is a public company, duly registered under the laws of South Africa. The company constitutes one of the biggest producers and distributors of branded foods and soft drinks of South Africa.
