COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration concerning the proposed acquisition of the share capital of Al Mistral (Luxembourg) BottomCo S.a r.l. by Star Capital Partnership LLP, via Star Sirocco Bidco Limited.

Star Sirocco Bidco Limited is a company duly registered under the Laws of England and Wales. Star BidCo is a special purpose company formed solely for the purposes of this Transaction. Star BidCo is owned and controlled by funds managed by Star Capital Partnership LLP.

Star Capital Partnership LLP is a UK-based investment fund manager focused on developing strategic asset-based businesses in Western Europe.

Al Mistral (Luxembourg) BottomCo S.a r.l. is a company duly registered under the Laws of Luxembourg. The aforementioned company is active in the market for the provision of outsourced services in the commercial shipping sector.
