COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a notification by CIE Management IX Ltd in accordance with Section 13 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law (Number 22(I)/99) in regards to a proposed concentration. The transaction concerns the acquisition of the share capital of Temmler Werke Holding GmbH by Apollo CIE Management IX Ltd, subsidiary company of CIE Management IX Ltd.

CIE Management IX Ltd is a limited company registered in Guernsey. The company manages the investments and administration of BC European Capital IX.

Apollo Holding GmbH is a limited company registered in Germany. The company is a legal holding investment entity which does not carry out any commercial activities on its own.

Temmler Werke Holding GmbH is a limited company registered in Germany. The company is a legal holding entity of Temmler Group of companies. The Temmler Group is active in contract manufacturing for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
