The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Protec Fire and Security Group Ltd, Inc. by Robert Bosch UK Holdings Ltd.
Robert Bosch UK Holdings Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of England and Wales, whose ultimate beneficial owner is Robert Bosch GmbH, the parent company of the Bosch Group. Bosch Group is active in the following sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods and is a global provider of technology and services to the automotive, industrial technology, consumer products and energy and technology industries.
The Target in this concentration is Protec Fire and Security Group Ltd, Inc., a company duly registered under the laws of England and Wales, which provides complete, turnkey fire detection and security solutions. Its activities include the design, construction, installation, concession and maintenance of a range of market-leading systems, including a range of fire detectors / fire extinguishers, sound evacuation and public announcement systems and emergency lighting.
