COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a notification of a proposed concentration, concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Elitech Group SAS by PAI Partners SAS, Haciendas Investments Sarl.

Elitech Group SAS is a company duly registered in France, which is active in the manufacture and distribution of in vitro diagnostic equipment and reagents.

PAI Partners SAS is a company which manages and advises private equity companies, which operate in various sectors.

Haciendas Investments Sarl is a company duly registered in Luxembourg, which holds assets and investments and is controlled by PAI Partners SAS.
