The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of the business of Yiallourou Eurofoods Ltd from A. Zorpas and Sons Ltd.
A. Zorpas and Sons Ltd is a limited liability company active in the food sector, specialized in the production and sale of bakery and confectionery items, the production and sale of ready meals, the sale of coffee and ice cream and the operation of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine restaurants.
The target of this concentration is the business of the company Yiallourou Eurofoods, which concerns the food supply sector and in particular the sector of import and wholesale of frozen food, including meat, poultry, fish, finger food, vegetables and fruit.
