In particular, it offers alternative asset management solutions as well as capital markets and insurance. It finances investment funds that invest in private equity, credits and real estate and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds.
Modena Intermediate LLC is a special purpose vehicle created for the purposes of this transaction and is indirectly owned exclusively by investment funds, vehicles and/or accounts advised and managed by KKR & Co. Inc..
The target in this transaction is the End User Computing Division of VMware LLC. The End User Computing Division of VMware LLC provides a range of digital workplace solutions that enable organizations to securely provide and manage applications, desktops and data on any device or platform.
