The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a notification of a proposed concentration on behalf of CORAL A.E. OIL AND CHEMICALS COMPANY regarding the acquisition of the LUKOIL CYPRUS LTD.
The CORAL A.E. OIL AND CHEMICALS COMPANY a member of the Motor oil Hellas group is registered in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the Hellenic Republic. The main activities involve the distribution and marketing of a wide range of oil products, including gasoline, fuel oil, diesel and lubricants through its retail network and aviation fuels. Also is active in the distribution of Shell’s chemicals.
LUKOIL CYPRUS LTD, a subsidiary of LUKOIL EUROPE HOLDINGS B.V., is registered in accordance with the provisions of the law of the Republic of Cyprus. The main activities of the company involve the distribution and marketing of a wide range of oil products and lubricants, and other related products through its retail network under the name “LUKOIL”.
