COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Invel Real Estate Partners Greece SAS by Dacapo Holdings Limited, via Invel Re Holdings (Cyprus) Limited.

Dacapo Holdings Limited is a company duly registered under the laws of Guernsey. It is a holding company and its main sources of income derives from its investments.

Invel Re Holdings (Cyprus) Limited is a company duly registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. It is a holding company that does not have any activity yet. It is controlled by and ultimately owned by Dacapo.

The Target is a company duly registered under the laws of Luxembourg. It is a holding company controlled by CL IV Lux S.à r.I and CL V Lux Sarl and ultimately managed and controlled by Castlelake LP. Castlelake is a US SEC Investment Adviser and is a global alternative investment firm that manages funds and asset vehicles on behalf of institutional investors. CL IV Lux S.à r.I and CL V Lux Sarl are Luxembourg investment funds.
