COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition announces that it received notification of a concentration concerning the proposed acquisition of the share capital of YongLe Tape Ltd by the company Avery Dennison Corporation, through its subsidiary Avery Dennison Hong Kong B.V.

Avery Dennison Hong Kong B.V. is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of the Netherlands, and is a subsidiary of Avery Dennison Corporation.

Avery Dennison Corporation is a public company duly registered under the laws of the State of Delaware of the United States of America. The business activities of Avery Dennison group of companies are mainly related to the production of pressure-sensitive adhesive products including labels, tapes and other graphic and reflective products.

YongLe Tape Ltd is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Bermuda. The said company produces and supplies adhesive tapes including PVC film, cloth strips and rubber strips.
