Notification of a concentration concerning the acquisition of My Mall Limassol by Dorsel (B.A.Z.) Ltd and Ari Real-Estate (Arena) Investments, via Limassol Mall Ltd

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, concerning the acquisition of My Mall Limassol by Dorsel (B.A.Z.) Ltd and Ari Real-Estate (Arena) Investments, via Limassol Mall Ltd.

Dorsel (B.A.Z.) Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of Israel. It is a real estate company that is active in locating and purchasing profitable assets, as well as in initiating and developing real estate projects in industrial parks. It is a public company, listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and is a part of the Synel Group. The Synel Group is one of Israel’s leading organizational IT groups providing a wide range of integrated software and hardware solutions for managing the workforce in organizations while also providing training and professional and technology consulting services on payroll controller and labor law that help employers and executives to handle critical organizational issues efficiently, cost-effectively and profitably.

Ari Real-Estate (Arena) Investments is a company duly registered under the laws of Israel. It invests and manages real estate with a return to Israel and is a public company, listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Limassol Mall Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of Israel. It is jointly established by Dorsel (B.A.Z.) Ltd and Ari Real-Estate (Arena) Investments for the purposes of the proposed operation. It has no other activity in the Republic or abroad.

My Mall Limassol is the business and real estate of the homonymous shopping center located in Limassol. It is a shopping center that is built in a complex of 4 pieces and consists of the following four Cypriot companies. Tiffany Investments Ltd and Pearland Investments Ltd are the owners of the plot on which MyMall is built, AML Malls Holding Ltd is the holding company that owns 100% of Tiffany and MIM Services Ltd is the company that manages MyMall.
