COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration concerning the proposed acquisition of part of the share capital of Sunlight Segal Ltd by Sunlight Group Energy Storage System Industrial and Commercial Societe Anonyme.

Sunlight Group Energy Storage System Industrial and Commercial Societe Anonyme is a company duly registered under the laws of Greece. Sunlight is an international energy storage manufacturer, active in energy storage systems. It deals with the design and production of integrated energy systems.

Sunlight Segal Ltd is a company duly registered under the laws of Israel, which consists of the industrial batteries business of Israeli Industrial Batteries Ltd and Moshkovitz & Segal Batteries Ltd. The Target Company is a holding company which owns the share capital of IIB Energy Storage Systems Ltd and is active in the production and distribution of industrial batteries (also known as industrial batteries).
