The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Martin Bencher (Scandinavia) A/S by A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S, via Maersk Logistics & Services International A/S.

Møller og Hustru Chastine Mc-Kinney Møllers Fond til almene Formaal (hereafter the "A.P. Moller Foundation"). APMM is an integrated transport and logistics company based in Copenhagen and operating globally. APMM's core businesses include container liner shipping, container terminal services, inland transportation, inland services, supply chain management services, cargo transportation, port towage and reefer container manufacturing.
