The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Elpro Group AG by Robert Bosch GmbH, via Robert Bosch Internationale Beteiligungen AG.
Robert Bosch Internationale Beteiligungen AG is a privately held joint stock company, duly registered under the laws of Switzerland. RBINT is exclusively owned by Robert Bosch GmbH, which is the parent entity of the Bosch Group. RBINT is a holding company for a number of entities within the Bosch Group.
