The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition announces that it received notification of a concentration concerning the proposed acquisition of the share capital of Grome Marketing companies share capital (Cyprus) Ltd, Grome IC ve Dis Ticaret Limited Şikreti and Bathroom Solutions Ltd by Grohe AG.

Grohe AG is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Germany that produces sanitary fittings like taps / faucets, thermostats, showers and shower systems, ceramics and sanitary systems.

Grome Marketing (Cyprus) Ltd is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Cyprus.

Grome İç ve Diş Ticaret Limited Şikreti is a company duly registered under the laws of Turkey.

Bathroom Solutions Ltd is a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of UAE.

The above three companies are active in the supply of bathroom fittings and sanitary systems and are Grohe AG’s dealers.
