The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 (4) of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Erber AG by Koninklijke DSM NV (hereinafter “DSM”) and DSM International Participations B.V. (hereinafter “DSM International”).
DSM is a company duly registered under the laws of the Netherlands. The company is science-based, specializing in Nutrition, Health & Sustainable Living.
DSM International is a company duly registered under the laws of the Netherlands and constitutes a holding company within the DSM Group.
Erber is a company duly registered under the laws of Austria. Erber is a group of companies active in the field of food and feed safety, focusing on natural feed additives, feed and food analysis, as well as plant protection.
