COMMISSION FOR THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION

The Office of the Competition Protection Committee announces that OPAP SA, has notified that its intend to acquire sole control of the electronic betting operations of Kaizen Gaming International Ltd (former GML Interactive Malta Ltd) known as "Stoiximan", via OPAP Investment Limited.

OPAP is duly registered under the laws of Greece and is listed on the Athens Stock Exchange. It is active in the betting and gaming industry.

OPAP Investment Limited is a holding company owned by OPAP S.A. and is also active, through its subsidiaries, in the field of gambling.

The Target of the transaction are the electronic betting operations of GML Interactive Ltd in Greece and Cyprus under the brand "Stoiximan".
