The Commission for the Protection of Competition received a notification of a proposed concentration regarding the acquisition of part of the share capital of Arcadia s.r.l. by L Capital Asia Advisors.
Arcadia s.r.l. is a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of Italy and is active in the design, creation, sale and distribution of fashion and other leather goods and accessories under the brand name Dondup, with emphasis on denim products.
L Capital Asia Advisors is a company duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius and it is a management company for two investment funds, i.e. L Capital Asia, LLC and L Capital Asia 2 Pte Ltd. L Capital Asia Advisors belongs to Groupe Arnault which, through direct and indirect subsidiaries, it operates in the production and sale of fashion and leather goods, watches and jewelry, perfumes and cosmetics.
