The Service of the Commission for the Protection of Competition has received a notification of a concentration, according to Section 10 of the Control of Concentrations between Enterprises Law of 2014, concerning the acquisition of the share capital of Element Materials Technology Group Ltd by Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd, via EM Bidco Limited.
Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd is an investment company duly registered under the laws of Singapore. Its global portfolio includes a wide range of activities such as financial services, telecommunications, media and technology, consumer goods and real estate, transportation and industry, as well as life sciences & agri-food.
EM Bidco Limited is a company duly registered under the laws of England and Wales, which is indirectly controlled by Temasek.
Element Materials Technology Group Ltd is a shareholder company, which provides control, inspection, certification and consulting services to a wide range of industries, including aerospace, construction, environment, mobility, life sciences, related technologies and energy. Its activities are to control, inspect and certify the products, components, goods, data and technology provided by its customers in terms of quality, safety and compliance.
